Also, the color gets less "white" which means it's getting diluted (compare 0:10 with 0:44- the water isn't the same shade of white). There is also something in the last glass (check out the brownish tube in it right at the beginning- say 0:05, and notice how it's still there even when the girl's arm is behind the glass pouring in the water at 0:38. Also, you can see the water falling over the object at 0:42). I'm not sure what happens to that object, because it isn't there when she pours it out (I think some good scene cutting). And as for putting it back, the last glass has enough water in it by that time to fill the others all up.
